To practice the sound of letter Cc we read the book,
 Ask me to point to the c words in the title and read

 /ch/ together make the sound...

We read the book, 

    Ask me what lessons did we learn...from this book

                        How can we work together..............cooperate

                                              How we can all wait patiently for our turn...

 

           Mrs. Reimer read this beautiful book of rhyming

   Ask me to tell you some of the words.... bark-dark, oat-goat, plump-thump

                                 snack-quack, nose-doze..

        We had our OT specialist with us this morning. She practiced some

                                                       of the cutting skills...

                                                Ask me to the sing the cutting song....

                                                         No chicken wings...

                                              paper is the driver, scissor is the walker...

                      Ask me the cutting rules...              No chicken wings, thumbs on top

                           We observed the opened bean was crinkly and wrinkly

                                                  The new bean sprouting had smooth skin...

Using magnifying glasses to oberve the details and the veins in the leaves...

Our beans had become too tall for the planting trays... Today we transplanted some of 

                                                           the bean plants

                                                     Ask me what we did....

                                               How many bean plants did we transplant..

  Mr. Bronovac is excited about our garden too... he brought some 
                       seeds for us to plant  and a flower bulb to observe... Thank you!

                                                   Amira said, " It looks like a small onion."

                  This bulb was in Mr. Bronovac's garage...it started sprouting...

                                    Ask me why? The weather... has warmed up...

                          As we are learning about vegetables.... Mr. Bronovac also sent

                                                             us some pictures of his garden...
