Today we had a special visitor, Jaclyn from Little Green Thumbs!

She read us...

She taught us about edible plants and counting seeds from fruit. 

Chamomile tea    Carrots                        Red pepper and Celery

                                                Broccoli                              Sunflower seeds

                                

           Haneen showed us that a carrot is ggrows under the soil and he just picked one

                                                   We learnt a new word ... harvest

                                       Ask me how did the roots feel like.......

          Carlos is enjoying tasting the pepper and Haneen is feeling it and said,"It's smooth."
