Today was a good day to release our butterflies! We invited room 3 to join us to see                                                
                                        our butterflies fly into their natural habitat...

Ask me about our excitement!

                                             We noticed eye spots on the butterfly wings! 

 Can you see what we found on a tree?

                      Some butterflies didn't want to come out of the net! Ask me why?

 Can you see the proboscis? What is the our butterfly trying to do..

We read this book and predicted what our butterflies will do after we release them...

Ask me how I felt when we took our butterflies out to release them...

Today we had a presentation from the Calgary Public Library!
I would love to go to their summer reading programs. 

With my library card we can borrow books to read at home... for free!

A brochure was sent home and 

 Think fire safety activity book for me to practice with you at home!
