Butterflies update!

 Another butterfly emerged....
Observe the chrysalis and explain..      Ask me how many chrysalis are hanging and...

                             how many in the container...

We read the book, and practiced counting by 2's

Update from the learning commons: This week is our LAST week to exchange books from the learning commons. Each week, Mrs. Reimer reads a story to our classes. Often times, these stories connect the virtue of the month. Mrs. Reimer has exposed us to so many wonderful books, by some amazing authors. Thank you for reading to us each week Mrs. Reimer!

Students are allowed to continue to take books out this week, with ALL BOOKS are due to the learning commons on Monday June 15.

We read this book and talked about how weeds find a way to grow everywhere...

We reviewed the life cycle of a plant

We were harvesting our beans and we found a few webs....

Ask me what did we do with bean plant...

There were different kinds...  Ask me how did they feel..

soft, hard, crunchy...

Ask me how did the stem feel.....  It was strong, we needed to use our

strength to break it.. Gabby said, "Pull with all your strength."

                                                   Ask me how hard did I have to pull....
